CSCI 370/941: Advanced Artificial Intelligence
School of IT and Computer Science, University of Wollongong
Online lecture notes:
- Week 2: Intro to agent/architectures and programming
- Week 3:
Intro to propositional logic. These are slides from the text "Artificial
Intelligence: A Modern Approach" by Russell and Norvig (listed in your subject
outline as a reference). The book is available in the library as well as in the Uni Bookshop. The library also has a large number of introductory texts on
logic (the easiest way to brush up your logic essentials would be to go
through any introductory text on Discrete Mathematics - the library has a large number of these too.
- Week 4: Intro to
first-order logic. As with the previous week's slides, these are from
the Russell and Norvig book. As with the previous week's comments, our
library stocks several introductory texts on first-order logic (and
Discrete Maths texts are also a good source of introductory readings). We
also discussed the survey paper by Nwana. The discussion was led by your
instructor, and the notes can be found at this
link.
